Many of the limbless Nigerians are stigmatised and discriminated against and have no voice. It was in a bid to draw attention to the plight of limbless Nigerians while also providing succour that Stanbic IBTC chose to adopt Together4ALimb as its flagship corporate social investment initiative.

Through the initiative, Stanbic IBTC identifies children suffering from limb losses and provides them with prostheses.
