The Healthy Living - For Healthy Ho Chi Minh City application was developed by the Department of Health and the Center for Disease Control of Ho Chi Minh City with technical support from PATH organization within the framework of the Community Project for a Healthy Heart. paragraph 2.

This application is developed to serve people the following utilities:

- Help self-screen, estimate the risk of hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes (DM), high blood fat, cardiovascular risk 10 years, ...

- Provide tools to help users self-monitor and manage their personal health.

- Help search and find suitable medical facilities for examination and treatment.

- Access to medical information and knowledge to prevent the risk of cardiovascular disease and other non-communicable diseases.

- This application provides information for reference only, not diagnostic or treatment indication. Any conclusions regarding the health situation and treatment methods should always be made by qualified medical practitioners in medical units.
