Who are we?

Our team at Safe Xpert consists of trained employees with many years of professional experience in youth work. Our special training in relation to adolescents sets us apart from general security companies and enables us to specifically address problems caused by and with young people, to intervene in a de-escalatory manner if necessary and to resolve conflicts in the best possible way.

Our responsibility

When working with young people, we are aware of our responsibility. A basic requirement is therefore intensive training by the IHK and the expertise test in accordance with Section 34a for the security industry. This certificate allows us to work in this demanding profession. Furthermore, our team members all have a perfect and always up-to-date certificate of good conduct. But it's not just certificates and certificates that qualify us. A prerequisite for successful work, and not just with young people, that should not be underestimated is a stable personality. A confident demeanor in every situation, considered actions and a professional attitude are essential and a matter of course for us.

Safe Xpert offers comprehensive support in youth welfare. Not only stationary, but also mobile, we are your contact for everything about our young people. Group work is just as much a part of what we offer as individual measures. We accompany, support and advise. We support overburdened or overwhelmed teaching staff and intervene where necessary. The Safe Xpert team works efficiently and proactively. Our trained employees are prepared for all conceivable situations.
