Indian Railways had launched Project Saksham, country’s largest time bound “upskilling” exercise for the Railway Employees to boost the skills. Project Saksham aims to upgrade the skillsets of 13 Lakh employees in a single drive hands on training. The drive was conducted due to the recent accidents in Indian Railways.

All the employees in each zone will be put through a week training in Indian Railways relevant to their work area and it was a five days on Job/classroom training.

In order to aid the Project Saksham it is an idea to teach the employees through practical videos of maintenance practices of ICF/LHB coaches from which an Railway employee learn himself.
