This build prepares the School Gateway app for Read-Only mode for users who's schools will be transitioning to the new Schoolcomms application.

Pre-migration, users will have full access to all functionality within the School Gateway application.

Upon migration to the new Schoolcomms app, users of the original School Gateway app will have Read-Only access to historic details whilst all payments, bookings, and messaging features will be disabled. Thank you for using School Gateway!
