Schoolable Identity

Schoolable Identity is a complete identity management solution that automates attendance tracking in your school. It also provides an avenue for parents and guardians to keep track of the check-ins and check-outs of their kids and wards from the school.

How it works:

1. An identity terminal (a card reader) will be provided for the school, which can be placed anywhere in the school premises. Each student and staff will also be issued an NFC card ー an identity card storing their relevant personal information.

2. When a student or staff arrives at, or is exiting the school, once they tap their identity cards on the card reader, their attendance will automatically be recorded.

3. The school administrator can access our web app Schoolable Identity on the internet. On the app, they can track attendance of staff and students in their school on the identity dashboard.

4. Parents will need to download Schoolable Moni on Google Playstore or Apple Store to get notified of their ward(s)' attendance activities
