TuTuThin: LMS

The Learning Management System (LMS) for Myanmar Country Office was created with an aim to contribute to the technical capacity development of different program teams working on child poverty, child protection, education, health and nutrition. Due to the COVID and other crisis events that staff are experiencing in country, opportunities to meet and learn together face to face have been limited. Still distance support and services are being provided; and many capacity development programs are being implemented remotely. This e-leaning platform enables our staff, our partner staff and volunteers to have access to online learning courses that meet the learning needs of individuals. They can develop a plan for learning and development with support from their technical supervisors. Depending on their plan they can participate in virtual training, when they are available. Currently the system has courses on child development, XXXX. By working closely with different program teams, more courses will be made accessible for learners.
