Sentrion Agent

Sentrion Agent is the mobile patrol, electronic log, and monitoring application designed for private security companies.

Agents conduct their NFC patrols, report anomalies, write reports, manage alarms, and execute their missions directly from their smartphones, even without a network connection.

WHAT AGENTS CAN DO

• NFC Patrols: Retrieve patrol data, read checkpoints, take photos, add comments, and record location for auditing.

• Anomaly Reporting: Incidents, damage, suspicious activity, or any other event. Each report is time-stamped and added to the site log and the daily report.

• Qualified Abandonment: Any interrupted patrol requires a reason to ensure complete traceability.

• Incident Reports: Type, severity, description, photos, location, and people involved.

• Alarm Management: Receive qualified alarms, arm and disarm zones, and disable equipment with justification.

• Opening, closing, and periodic inspection checklists.

• Access to the patrol log and the complete site log.

• Shift scheduling and route planning for multi-site patrol officers.

DESIGNED FOR THE FIELD

• Supervisors create patrols directly from the application.

• Centralized NFC tag library.

• Fully offline operation: patrols, reports, alarms, and checklists remain available without a network connection. Data is synchronized as soon as the connection is restored.

• No proprietary hardware: compatible with standard NDEF NFC tags.

• Manual validation when a tag is missing or defective, including a photo, location, and reason, for supervisor verification.

• Optimized interface: large buttons, excellent readability, and the screen remains active during patrols.

DATA AND CONFIDENTIALITY

• Hosted by OVHcloud in France (Gravelines and Roubaix). Data remains within the European Union.

• GDPR compliant with the Data Processing Addendum.

• Geolocation is recorded only during patrol checks for auditing access points. It never blocks validation.

• No third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

• Sentrion is not a lone worker protection (LWP) device.

SECURITY

• Encrypted communications using TLS 1.3.

• Secure pairing via an 8-character company code valid for 24 hours.

• Authentication via the employee account provided by the employer.

• Local locking via a 6-digit PIN.

• Time-limited sessions with automatic logout.
