The app uses your front-facing camera with Machine Vision algorithms to track your Shadow Boxer Punch Ball.

The workout modes or games are available:

Warm-Up:

Keep your punch ball within the center circle

Target Champion:

Aim your punch ball in the middle of the target

Sharp Shooter:

Aim your punch ball at the 3 colored circles, as they change size and location.

Can be streamed to a TV via Chrome Cast or similar to play Shadow Boxer Punch Ball on the big screen.
