Using the Shift Pros mobile app, franchise owners can find people to cover open shifts – people who can start work right away because they are trained in how the franchise works, can come in right away and are interested in part time work.

Franchise owners can select, schedule and pay workers, all from within the app. The app provides background information about each worker including biography, prior employment, availability and hourly rate. To help you select the right person for your job - the app also provides ratings and reviews from prior jobs.

Owners can hold the workers accountable for their performance by providing reviews at the conclusion of each job, which are visible to all future prospective employers
