SHP Plus is a professional health care service app that suggests diet, exercise, and health management lifestyle habits for health management.

● Home (Today’s health care)

- Provides a dashboard where you can check your health information at a glance, including meal coaching, exercise coaching, calories consumed/burned, and weight status.

- Provides home training videos and health information.

● Meal Coaching

- You can take photos of food yourself or load photos you have taken, and easily record your meals by searching.

- Now you can manage your meal intake history, which is easy to miss, with SHP Plus.

● Exercise coaching

- When performing exercise, exercise history is automatically recorded and exercise results are provided.

- Use your wearable to check your heart rate and detailed exercise results for each section after exercise.

● Home training video

- We provide customized exercise programs that fit your health goals and step-by-step coaching and videos so you can perform them on your own.

● Healthcare

- Provides a monitoring function to continuously manage the five major health indicators (obesity, cholesterol, liver function, blood pressure, and blood sugar) based on health examination information.

- You can check the change trend for each health indicator through charts.

● Lifestyle habits calendar

- Provides a record and inquiry function for healthy lifestyle habits such as walking 10,000 steps by setting goals, performing exercise, and consuming more than the recommended amount of water.

● SHP Band 2,3 connection function (connected device)

- SHP Band is a fitness tracker that connects to your mobile phone via Bluetooth and can measure steps, heart rate, sleep time, and calories burned.

- Notifications about events that occur on the app or mobile phone (including text and phone notifications) are delivered through Bluetooth communication.

- Among the Band functions, you can enter fitness mode to measure real-time heart rate and receive notifications about exercise intensity.

- Phone: Access to check SHP Band call reception status (when receiving a call, missed call notification)

- SMS: Access to receive SHP Band (connected device) text message notification and authentication number

- Address book: Accessed to send push service (search Google account information)

-Camera: Access to send images/videos during health coaching

- Physical activity: Mobile step count collection (OS 10 or higher)
