ST-3D (Training System) has the objective of FACILITATING and SPEEDING up the life of gym owners, instructors and Personal Trainers when preparing training. ST-3D is the practical and simple system, with an extremely intuitive interface.

We know that our students have many doubts about which exercise they should do, in what order? Which muscle group? How many series?... that's a fact!! Thinking about this student, the application was created and with it the students will not have the need to ask questions frequently with the instructor regarding which exercise to do, the student will be able to follow the exercises on their own cell phone with illustrative images of the exercise, how to do the movement , so the student can see the correct movement right from the app.

The ST-3D has several pre-registered workouts in the system to speed up the instructor's day to day, in addition, you can create your own workouts with the help of the ST-3D team.
