its very easy to setup:

Set your OBS Software to Studio Mode, Run the app, choose setup and enter the Scene name that match with your Scene on OBS Studio Software, scroll to the bottom and click save then you good to go.

Make sure you are connecting to the same WiFi network, input OBS ip address and OBS Websocket 4.9 Compact Plugin installed and enabled.

For some occasion, you need to disable the gsm/LTE/4g/5G network to avoid ip conflict before open the App.
