SmartChurch® is a complete church management system with both web and mobile apps that helps ministers of the gospel to shepherd their congregation or members using technology. Church members are informed about church activities in real time, notices and announcements are delivered to members where ever they are. Church members can easily book appointment with their pastors for counselling and prayer sessions. Church members can access devotional messages, the word of God and other messages for their daily spiritual living and upliftment.

NOTIFICATIONS AND SMS

Real time notifications of announcement to all members or group members, cell members and other defined units. Bulk SMS can be sent to selected groups or cell members.

MEETING ATTENDANCE

SmartChurch® provides tools to record attendance at church services, cell meetings, group meetings and other church programs where attendance taking is needed. Records such as male, female, children, visitors, new converts, etc are taken. Number of vehicles, tricycles and motor bikes can all be record to help management plan for resources.

REPORTS AND ANALYTICS

There great and insightful reports in the SmartChurch® for management decision-making and planning. With accumulated data, insightful reports can be generated and presented in standard formats and customizable formats. All reports are exportable to formats such as Excel, CSV, text and PDF formats for further processing and analysis.

EVANGELISM

With the SmartChurch® members are able to manage their personal evangelism by recording their basic details and contacts. This helps constant communication between the member and new converts monitoring tools are available to help pastors and members track their evangelism progress and church growth.

TITHING AND OFFERING

SmartChurch® has tools that enables members to give offerings online or through varied church approved medium. Members can make pledges for specific projects and track their payments. SmartChurch® enables members to manage their tithing and other offerings such as first fruit, thanksgiving, project offerings and such as approved by the church.

APPOINTMENTS BOOKING

Church members can easily book appointments with pastors, counsellors, etc for prayers, counselling or matters of concern. Appointment dates and times are confirmed and real time notification is sent to the user.
