Smartron Customer support and service app
tcare is Smartron’s onboard Customer Ssupport and Service app. It allows the user to instantly connect with a Customer Care executive over Chat or Call or Email to address concerns.
● Chat option opens within the tcare application for a quick discussion with the Customer Care representative
NOTE: Once connected, the support technician can suggest and seek permission for remotely accessing the device to fix the reported issue. The user can take back control at anytime or stop the session.
● Call option allows the user to tap the number to call. Tapping will take the user to the Dialler App with the Customer Support dialled for a voice call to explain the issue.
● Email option opens the default email service setup on the device to log a complaint.
● Remote Access Option opens remote diagnosis for the customer care
A ticket history of the user interaction with tcare is maintained for future reference.
