SMNC 2019

Dear Colleagues, dear friends

It gives me a great pleasure and honor to welcome you to the 3rd Arab Pediatric, 8th Maghrebin Neurosurgery joint conference which will be held in June 19th to 22nd 2019 in Tangier – Morocco.

Through the combined efforts, we will be hosting a selected group of international experts, not only from North Africa and Arab world, but also from all over the world to participate and share their input of experience and technical advancement in neurosurgery in general, and in pediatric neurosurgery in particular.

The aim of the meeting is to further strengthen North African and Arab neurosurgery and to bring us together once again to discuss the challenges and progress made in our different countries through a rich scientific program, preceded by the 10thWFNS Rabat reference center Course, organized in collaboration with the WFNS education and training committee.

The motto of the congress will be “Neurosurgery in transition”. In fact, our practice is dynamic and has changed greatly over the course of the last decades; the Tangier meeting will reflect on these topics and breakthrough that affect our daily practice.

You are invited to a very special city of the north of Morocco: Tangier, which is the cross road of two continents, seas and many civilizations, and where you will find a historic mixture of African, Arab and European culture, as well as a mixture of the ancient and the modern.

The organizing committee is working hard to produce a rich scientific and social program to ensure we all have a wonderful time.
