ATTENDANCE:

--> LATITITUDE AND LONGITUDE details of each “store” will be saved in Server to determine location details.

--> Which location details will be saved by determining 200 to 300 mtrs radius.

--> PROMOTER arriving and departing details will be stored as “ATTENDANCE DETAILS” which will be reflected in WEB PORTAL.

--> REPORTS and TRACKING CONCEPT is explained above in WEB PORTAL which datas are collected from MOBILE APPLICATION.

STOCK VERIFICATION:

--> Mobile application has provision to verify stock list.

--> Stock qty which is updating on SERVER DATABASE will be acknowledged in

MOBILE APPLICATION. Simple check box with dialog will be used to verify the stock details.

--> WEB PORTAL will be updated with verification notification against each product.

SALES:

--> PROMOTER should enter manually the product code and qty sold.

--> List of details like List of details like PRODUCT NAME, PRODUCT MODEL, PRICE and UNIT

will retrieve from server.

--> List of details like Country, location, retailer, and store code & store name will retrieve from server.

--> Promoter name, Id, Date & Time also retrieve from Server.

--> Master database stock details will be synchronized.

--> Promoter sales log will be available in portal.

--> This concept will be implemented for all promoters in each outlet.

--> This sales report per promoter, per outlet, overall promoters, and overall outlets will be sorted out

in WEB portal.

STOCK REQUEST:

--> PROMOTER should enter manually the product code, qty and required date.

--> List of details like PRODUCT NAME, PRODUCT MODEL and UNIT will retrieve from server.

--> List of details like Country, location, retailer, store code & Store name will retrieve from server.

--> Portal will receive (Product request) with list of details like Promoter id, location, retailer, store

code & Store name.

--> Once the stock dispatched to that requested outlet.

--> Stock verification will be automatically triggered then the promoter will acknowledge that stock

requested received.
