SOS

SOS has been developed mainly for companies, organizations, or facilities with a cleaning staff on board.

The purpose of the app is to make a workplace cleaner, and to facilitate the work of a cleaning staff.

SOS gives employees the chance to participate in the cleaning activities by sending requests of missing toiletries to the cleaning staff.

The cleaning staff will get a notification with the request details (request type, location, etc ..) and the request will be shown on their list.

Once the cleaning staff provide the missing toiletry, and delete the request form the list; the requester will receive a notification that their request has been processed.

Eventually, this will help the cleaning staff, and make their lives easier; as they don't have to wander around and check every toilet within a building. And it will save employee's life in case of a missing toilet paper ;)

How to:

- Users MUST sign up with their company email .. Don't worry we will not spam your mailbox!

- The Cleaning staff MUST sign up with any of the following emails:

- Users CANNOT sign up with public domains such as Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc..

- Only the cleaning staff can add, or delete locations of the different toilets within the company.

- All cleaning staff members must log in with the same email (i.e. one of the above emails) in order to have the same list of requests.

- When a user makes a request; the cleaning staff will receive a notification with the request details, and the request will be shown on the list of requests.

- Any user tries to make the same request, while it is not yet processed; they will receive a message that this request already in progress and that they will get a notification once it has been processed.

- Once the cleaning staff process the request, and delete it from the list; the user who made the request will receive a notification.

- SOS is not limited to cleaning activities as users can send an open request to the reception by sending a message describing their request.
