Spadrin app is designed to boost Spontaneous Adverse Drug Reaction reporting in Nigeria allowing for on the spot documentation and retrieval of ADR Data in Nigeria.

Spadrin app captures all information on The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) yellow form for real time reporting of Adverse Drug Reaction in Nigeria.

Non Deployment of electronic tools for reporting of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) is a major factor contributing to under reporting of ADRs in Nigeria. This study is designed to show how optimization of electronic reporting of ADR utilizing the mobile app "Spadrin" for spontaneous reporting improves patients care, safety and treatment outcome, reduces risk associated with drug use and Improves Pharmacovigilance Feedback Mechanism in Nigeria.
