Spin Legends - Endless runner

Added new enemy type with different color and different resource.
This resource will be used to buy and upgrade cards which is also a new mechanic which lets you permanently upgrade your stats.

Max active abilities are now capped to 1, ability system is being prepared for rework.
Added 2 new options in settings to change spin direction and animation speed for drawing cards.

Tier upgrade received a small upgrade reducing how much it boosts spin speed.

Changed color scheme and upgraded UI.
