Square Triangle

Square Triangle allows you to calculate right angle triangles for use in roof math and building stairs.

It replaces some of the functionality of a carpenter's square, thus the name.

This is also the only triangle calculator in the Play store to use inches, supporting 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32 and automatically converting for you.

The factors of roof pitch, rise, run and slope all play off of each other. If you know the pitch and one of rise, run or slope, the remaining two can be calculated. Often it is easier to measure horizontally or vertically than on the slope of the roof. These can also be read directly from the plans if the building is built accurately, so you can cut your rafters or common blocks without even having to get on the roof.

It has an intuitive layout which makes it easy to see at a glance what is happening and is also designed with high contrast and ease of editing.
