You can create daily, weekly, or monthly goals. Or goals that you only want to complete once. When you create your goal you can choose to add it to a group. By doing so, your friends will be able to view your progress as you accomplish your goals.

We encourage everyone to open the app daily. By doing so it will help you not only remember what goals you are working on, but see how all of your friends are doing as well and help motivate them.

The first thing you see when you open the app is a list of all your goals. The app will tell how many times you've accomplished your goal by telling you your streak. You can also view your goal on a daily, weekly, or monthly calendar. That way you can view your progress over time.
