1.31 version adds a fix for "Download and Execute file", "Exfiltrate files" and "Set wallpaper" categories not working well due to "powershell" not being executed from cmd prompt on some Windows 10 versions. Prepending "powershell" with "start /b " seems to fix the issue. Thanks to StackOverflow.
