Surah Moamin (Ghafir )

It is the 40th chapter of the Quran. It has 85 verses and was revealed in Mecca. The title of the surah means "The Believer" or "The Forgiver", and it refers to Allah's attributes of forgiveness and mercy, as well as the story of a believer from the Pharaoh's court who defended Prophet Musa (Moses) and his followers.

According to some sources, reciting this surah has many benefits and rewards for the believers. Some of these benefits are:

- The souls of all the prophets, the truthful people, and the believers send salutations and pray for forgiveness for the one who recites this surah.

- Whoever recites this surah once in every three days, his sins will be forgiven and he will become a God-fearing person.

- If this surah is written and kept in a garden or farm, then the plants or crops will become more fruit-bearing and green.

- If this surah is kept in a business premises, then the business will prosper and more profit will be gained.

- Keeping this surah as a talisman works as a cure for wounds and scars. This surah is also a remedy for heart problems, dizziness, and nausea.

- This surah teaches the principles of success for the believers, such as establishing prayers with solemnity and submissiveness, avoiding vain things, paying zakah, guarding one's chastity, fulfilling one's trusts and covenants, and observing one's prayers.
