Surah Nahl

It has 128 verses and was revealed in Mecca. The surah's title means "The Bee" and refers to verse 68, where Allah instructs the bee to make honey from various flowers.

According to some sources, reciting this surah has many benefits and rewards for the believers. Some of these benefits are:

- The person who recites this surah regularly every month will not have to take a loan, and will remain safe from seventy kinds of calamities, insanity, leprosy, and leukemia being at the bottom of the list of such calamities; and his abode will be in the center of paradise¹.

- The person who recites this surah will be blessed with good health, wealth, children, and happiness in this world and the hereafter².

- The person who recites this surah will be protected from the evil eye, magic, and envy.

- The person who recites this surah will be able to understand the Quran better and will be guided to the right path.

- The person who recites this surah will be forgiven for his sins and granted a high rank in Paradise.

This surah also talks about the many blessings and favors that Allah has bestowed upon mankind, such as the creation of the heavens and the earth, the rain and the plants, the animals and the fruits, and the revelation of the Quran. The surah also warns the disbelievers and the polytheists about the punishment of the Hellfire and invites them to repent and believe in Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him).
