Surah ar-Rahman reminds us that all such Divine Favors are not to be overlooked. By repeating "Which of your Lord's Favors do ye refuse?" this Surah teaches us that we should not deny any of our Lord's Favors.

"Which is it of your Lord's Favors that you deny?"

In the circumstances of the period, disbelievers were publicly torturing Muslims while repeatedly and loudly rejecting the truth. The repeat of "Which of your Lord's Favour do ye deny?" was a persistent warning to truth deniers who were ungrateful and blind to Allah's Greatness and would assault and murder Muslims in their pride.
