Swachh KMC

The municipal corporation of Swachh kadapa is responsible for keeping the city clean. It has a grievance redressal mechanism to help citizens file complaints about the city's cleanliness. Here are some steps on how to file a complaint:

1. First, find out what type of complaint you have. There are six types of complaints that a citizen can make: sanitation and hygiene, water supply and drainage, roads and traffic, solid waste management, public conveniences and amenities, public health and safety.

2. Next, gather all the relevant information. This includes your name and contact details as well as the place where the problem occurred.

3. Write down your complaint in detail. Make sure to include dates, times, names of officials involved, photos or footage if possible etc
