Dashboard: Every panel, every label and every icon has been designed so users have one click access to what is urgent, what’s important and what’s coming soon.

Teams: Law firms organize their work in teams. Symplyfy admin console allows flexibility in how teams get assigned to cases and then how assignees can further delegate tasks and subtasks to their colleagues.

Tasks, Subtasks and Events: Users see simple labels like “Add Task”, “Add Event” directly on their Dashboard. No switching of screens, no opening and closing of bloated applications. Everything is a click away.

Automated Email Actions: Users have to manage a lot of emails in a given day. Some create a bunch of folders. Others leave everything in the inbox. Automated tagging and categorizing features requires no manual effort. Once the cases are tagged properly, everything flows to the right folder without any user actions.

Calendar View: Admins can standardize event types and assign colors to them. Once done, everyone’s calendar looks consistent and easy to read.
