Tate Engage is a mobile platform that unifies all digital engagement channels. Its self-service capabilities enable shift workers to control their own work life by allowing them to:

- Manage their availability

- Accept shifts or reject shifts

- Confirm when they’re on the way to their shift

- Clock in and out of shifts and breaks

- Access payslips and view pay information

- Submit expenses
