We offer a variety of vehicle types, to enable our riders choose the one that suits their income level.

With TaxiPadi, everyone can now afford to hail a ride whenever they want it and wherever they are.

Requesting for a ride is quick and easy. Here's how it works:

1. Download the app and login with your registered phone number and password, or register, if you are new user.

2. Upon a successful login, the app automatically detects your current location. However, you can further specify it using the tab provided for it.

3. Specify your destination and proceed to book the trip (if the map pointer is green in color, then there is a ride near your location).

4. The estimated fare would be displayed on the screen.

5. Select either card or cash as the mode of payment and conclude the booking. However, you are advised to keep some cash handy, just in case your card payment fails due to possible challenges with the card issuer.

6. The driver comes to your location and picks you up. Meanwhile, the driver's contact details are displayed on the screen.

7. Pay at the end of the ride and rate the driver, to help us improve the quality of your next ride.
