All of us at Taykit love online shopping. But when it came to our parcel deliveries, we all faced our share of hassles - missing the delivery executives, coordinating the delivery at a time we wanted or initiating a product exchange or a refund. Most of our 'last mile' delivery experiences were inconvenient and we wish they were as exciting as the process of buying the products online.

And that's how and why we were motivated to launch Taykit - to build a friendly service using which the buyer is in complete control of his/ her parcel delivery, at the place he/she wants and at a time he/ she prefers. Taykit is synonymous with 'convenience' and allows buyers to collect or drop off parcels at convenience at a Taykit location in their neighborhood, initiate instant return or refund of products or try out products and buy them only if the buyer likes.

We are a home grown start up and our dream is to make India Taykit-enabled, with a Taykit location in every neighbourhood.
