Everyone loves points! TeamUp makes exercise into a game. You get one point for every minute you do. Exercise where, when and how you like. It all counts.
Create teams
TeamUp with your friends, family and colleagues. You can see their points and they can see yours. This accountability means you’re far more likely to succeed!
View feed
Every time a friend in one of your teams logs points for exercising you’ll be notified in your feed. This will motivate you to get out and get moving even more!
