Step 1- To log in, users need to register first
Step 2- After the successful registration, a Post Task page will appear where you need to title your task e.g. error code in Printer
Step 3- On the Task Description bar, you need to broadly describe your problem or query.
Step 4- Select the model of your device. If under contract, simply scan or enter serial number.
Step 5- On the upload device section, you can upload the image or video of your device
with its problem and submit.
After the successful submission of your task, you can track the status of your job. After receiving the job description, company could automatically log job and assign technician. Once assigned technicians are able to communicate with customers in a portal or phone call and discuss any queries or fixes.
