After downloading the app, browse through the list of experienced counselors, match yourself to the right counselor you need, check on their availability, block their time as per the slots available. Begin your therapy/counseling. Each slot is for 45 minutes, book multiple slots as needed or advised. you can make multiple bookings spread across several days or weeks for multiple sessions.

Tendertouch does not advocate any particular counselor or takes part/cuts in counselor's fees. You are free to change your counselor therapies at any time you need.

Refund Policy:

Any appointment cancelled before 24 hours, full refund of the counselor fees. Any cancellation less than 24 hours, only 50% of the counselor's fee paid will be refunded.

Any refund money will be credited back to your account within 10 working days.
