🗺️ INTRO PATH — GUIDED FIRST SIX MONTHS

Three research-backed stages walk you through introducing solids with confidence:

1️⃣ Firsts — iron-rich non-allergen foods to start with, the foods every 6-month baby needs first

2️⃣ Allergens — introduce peanut, egg, dairy and other major allergens early and often, in the order current paediatric guidance recommends

3️⃣ Textures — from smooth purée to palmar grasp finger foods to the pincer grasp, matched to your baby's developmental stage

🥜 ALLERGEN INTRODUCTION DONE PROPERLY

Modern guidance is clear: introduce major allergens early, around six months, alongside other solid foods. BLW: Solids Journey makes it simple to actually do that:

• 🏷️ Tag any meal with the allergens it contains

• ✅ Track which allergens you have introduced, and which are still pending

• 📋 Log any reaction with notes, so you have a clear record for your GP or paediatrician

• 🔎 Filter the library by allergen so you can plan an exposure on purpose
