Sleep Sounds - Relax & Rest

This is a major upgrade to the Sleep Sounds app.

1. You can now play the sounds in the background, even with the screen switched off.

2. When the sounds are playing, the sounds appear in the notification slide along with pause, play and stop control. You can also view the timer countdown in the notification.
