Stretching Teller

Handy basic timer for stretching exercises. The timer shows the time and plays a sound when starting, finishing and between laps. Start and end have a different sound.

You can also choose to stretch right/left or single in each lap.

Instructions for use:

- select the stretching time (in seconds)

- select the break time (in seconds)

- select the number of laps

- choose between Single or Right/Left

When you press 'start' the timer starts the cycle Begin - [ Lap - Break ] - Lap - End.

If you selected Right/Left, each lap is run twice indicating left and right.

Pressing 'stop' stops the timer.
