This is the Tanzania Immunization Registry application.

The Tanzania Immunization Registry application (TImR), managed by path and the ministry of Health and Social Welfare, is a system designed to help better manage the Immunization program, improve immunization coverage, and produce more accurate, timely and relevant performance data. Digitizing individual records and making that data centrally available in order to eliminate the need to prepare aggregate reports, as the same information can be obtained by database interrogation.
