Tip Aalborg

Give Aalborg Municipality a tip about damage and lack of roads, paths, sidewalks, parks and green areas, or if you have problems with pigeons, gulls and other harmful wildlife.

To create a tip, first tap "Create Tip" on the Home screen.

You must then move the cursor to the correct position if it is not completely correct. Once you do this, you approve the location.

Then choose “The Problem” so that Aalborg Municipality is informed about who should have tipped

Before submitting, you can enter your contact information, such as name, email and phone number

You have the opportunity to follow the status of your tips. Select "My tips" from the menu from where you can see your reported tips, status and any comments from Aalborg Municipality

You are also responsible that the use of the app from your mobile device is in accordance with good practice for using SMS / MMS and is not offensive or abusive.

If you choose to provide personal information and send it with your tip, you agree that this data is stored at Soft Design A / S.

In addition, the personal data entered will not be shared with third parties, third countries or international organizations.

The information is used solely to be able to contact you in case of questions regarding the reported conditions, as well as any service information to you regarding the inquiry and its course

The contact information entered can be deleted at any time by the user of the app, while reported tips can continue their course with the previously entered information.
