Lecturer TKDA is a Lecturer Academic Basic Ability Test which is a selection test for prospective lecturers in tertiary institutions. TKDA Lecturers aims to evaluate the ability of prospective lecturers in various aspects needed in the academic world, such as critical thinking skills, analytical and synthesis skills, writing skills, and verbal and numerical skills.

TKDA Lecturers generally consist of several types of tests, including:

General Knowledge Test: This test tests the ability of prospective lecturers to understand current issues, world developments, and general culture.

Verbal Proficiency Test: This test tests the ability of prospective lecturers to understand and use Indonesian properly, including in terms of reading, writing and speaking abilities.

Numerical Ability Test: This test tests the ability of prospective lecturers to solve math problems and calculate correctly.

Critical Thinking Ability Test: This test tests the ability of prospective lecturers to analyze, evaluate, and understand a problem by using proper logic and reasoning.

Analysis and Synthesis Ability Test: This test tests the prospective lecturer's ability to solve problems and relate disparate information to reach accurate conclusions.

TKDA Lecturer is one of the requirements that must be met by prospective lecturers to be able to apply as lecturers in tertiary institutions. Lecturer TKDA results can also be used as a basis for tertiary institutions in selecting prospective lecturers who have good academic abilities and are in accordance with the needs of the institution.
