Welcome To TLC For Youth!

Our mission is to empower kids with powerful wisdom and the strategic tools to thrive while navigating their life's journey. Our programs are designed for kids between 6-12 years of age.

All programs were created based on TLC's "GEM" system (Growth Mindset, Emotional Self-Development, Mindfulness).

I have combined the Adventures in Wisdom with yoga, breath work & meditation to create a powerful system for personal growth & development.

TLC is fully focused on giving every child the wisdom and tools they need to navigate the world and lead a fulfilled life!

Given the climb of mental health issues in today’s culture, now more than ever is the time to prepare our kids for the world. TLC for Youth believes that our personalized GEM system can help children and create a better foundation for future generations. The GEM system focuses on three core areas of development including:

- Growth mindset

- Emotional-Social Development

- Mindfulness
