Torkona Jagabandhu High School

Torkona Jagabandhu High School located in the remote area of Khandaghosh block in the district of Purba Bardhaman in West-Bengal, India, has been igniting the candle of learning among the young talents of this area since 1894 in the under privileged region of South-Damodar River. This Institution sanctioned by the Calcutta University as the First Educational Institution in the area was founded by the noted philanthropist and icon in the field of law Sir Rash Behari Ghose.
