1) How can I book a ride from Toto app?

To book a ride, you can download our mobile app from Google PlayStore and login with your email address or phone number or facebook. Toto booking is available with us in various options. Once you login to Toto app, give the pickup and destination address or simply drag the Green-location-icon (pickup) and Red-location-icon (destination) on the google map and click on Book-Now. Check the fare and click on Confirm Booking.

2) What type of ride Categories Do You Provide?

Currently, we have multiple categories of rides. Choose the available category and book your ride.

3) Do you Offer Multiple Pickups Or Drops?

At present, we only provide pick up and drop at one point but very soon, we will introduce other options like multiple pickups and drops. Very soon, we will introduce more segments in Toto app.

4) What should I Do If I have to Carry a Lot of Luggage during the Journey?

During booking the ride, you will have to insure that how much luggage you are going to carry. Each ride has its own capacity of carrying luggage. You can see the seating and baggage capacity for the particular ride. So, find the right ride or book the complete Toto that goes with your requirements.

6) How can I Cancel My Toto at Toto app?

You can easily apply for cancellation of your Toto booking through mobile app. You will receive a push notification once your cancellation is confirmed.

7) How Can I register as a Toto Pilot?

Download Toto mobile app from Google Playstore and register as a Pilot. Upload Your license picture and once our officials verify everything, your request as a Pilot will be approved.
