IPF GL Points

On request from several people including Joe Marksteiner (author of the IPF formula) the SQUAT and DEADLIFT only calculations are added.
They are not adopted officially by the IPF but the formula was conducted on the same principles as POWERLIFTING and BENCH PRESS.

The reason for this is basically that there are deadlift only competitions and now they can use IPF Points for the scoresheet etc.
