TrashIQ Scanner

TrashIQ is a human and machine readable labeling system that can be used to identify materials for recycling at the point of disposal and in the single stream recovery process.

This handy scanner demonstrates the system, on Android smartphones and tablets.

This was developed using the open source Xzxing Barcode Scanner, for the Brain Busters' FLL Trash Trek challenge. This app isn't really our project, it just shows one way it could be used.
