About Trim - Weight Loss No Calories

With years of experience in reducing body fat by focusing on the food 🧪 chemistry in our body instead of calorie content.

Trim App simplifies that relationship of chemistry so that anyone can follow this system and escape the Calorie trap that has led many of us into obesity.

Our mantra is to eat food at the right time so that you are less likely to gain weight.

The timing of enjoying your food is broken down into 4 coloured signals:

💜 Purple: 24 - hour food

💚 Green: Good to consume at that time

💛 Amber: Try to avoid at that time

❤️ Red: Definitely avoid at that time.

For any given 🔎 food search the plates change colour according to the time of day. Your first result is always based on the time of day it is when you search for food, if you click on this result and expand it you are then given different coloured plates for each mealtime, this is your guide to help you decide on when you should consume or avoid this food.

There are three levels from 🆕 dipping your toe to being 💪 fully committed.

Level 1: This is an introductory level for those starting out, it allows them plenty of scopes to "rely" on certain foods that perhaps should be avoided, whilst still changing habits later in the day to help them stop adding to their levels of body fat.

Level 2: Intermediate level, hopefully, you are beginning to change poorer food choices for better ones, changing habits to start to reduce levels of body fat, whilst not feeling so challenged by avoiding certain foods later in the day.

Level 3: Advanced level, for those completely at ease with the system, who now no longer chase those foods that will add to body fat levels later in the day, and can perhaps avoid them for longer periods. Helping to reduce body fat levels or maintain them at a healthy lower range.

We have divided the day into five meals, including the three main meals and two snacks. This is not to say you should have all of these, but it gives flexibility to those that might graze through the day.

The system is based on individuals coming at this from habits that might be based on poor food choices that lead to that slow creeping increase in body fat levels. this system is designed to be easy to follow and forgiving in its nature through levels 1 and 2.

For best long term and permanent results please find some method of incorporating some form of resistance training with this. Not "exercise" but resistance training. We will be bringing more on this in time.
