Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Degree College for Women, Shadnagar is one among the 22 Tribal Welfare degree colleges, of which 15 are women and 7 for men. All these institutions were established by TTWREIS Tribal Welfare Gurukulam, in the year 2017, under the dynamic leadership of a great social reformer, and the champion of Oppressed and marginalized communities in the society, Dr. R.S. Praveen Kumar IPS and honorable secretary of TTWERIS , Tribal welfare Gurukulam. Sole reason, for the establishment of all these women degree colleges just to postpone their marriages, to empower themselves into independent women. Reckoning all the set goals and the secretary had created a new innovative Time-Table. Different clubs are created imparting various life skills to the inmates. Number of programs are being designed to send the students to go abroad to transform themselves into Global Leaders.
