Physical exercise is a body activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and well-being.

This type of exercise during pregnancy is important and can help with some common pregnancy discomforts and even help prepare your body for labor and delivery.

Do all exercises at least three times a week, on alternating days, on a hard (but not too hard) surface,

like an exercise mat. Do it in the following order. Make sure to breathe normally during all exercises;

don't hold your breath. During abdominal exercises, it may be easier to exhale during activity,

that is, inhale when you go down and exhale quickly when you do the elevator.
