Updated for the 2017 DGPT. Many new tweaks, speed improvements and UX improvements to make Instant Scoring a breeze.

-"Fast Entry Mode" - this is ideal if you're keeping score after the hole - the throw dialog will auto show until you hole out
-Hide players - you can hide players you don't want to keep score for - perfect if someone DNFs or if you want to keep score for yourself during the tournament and not everyone
-Hide overall score in case you don't want to see it
-Bug fixes
