UDS TaskMan

This app is strictly made available only for UDS employees. A utility app that facilitates the operations team to keep track of the day to day tasks executed at various client sites. The app lets facility managers, supervisors and operation managers to monitor the progress of various tasks and to keep the client facility managers informed.

The app also features a mini asset management system that enables the site managers to keep track of the client as well as UDS assets.

The QRCode based attendance feature on the app lets the site supervisors record employee attendance on a daily basis. The attendance is recorded in the backend system and is available for generating various reports.

Bringing the app into the operational process helps improve the client relationship due to the better communication of the status of the activities and keeping the client informed about the manpower deployed on a day to day basis.
